New to the (home)brew from the City of Brotherly Love

Greetings from Philadelphia, PA. Like so many others here, I have decided to take the plunge and give a whirl at brewing at home. I am coming out of the "due diligence" phase and will be buying a setup as soon as 5:00 rolls around. You'll be hearing from me soon. Cheers!

Thanks Axegod. I live right behind an HBS so I figured it must be some sort of sign. I just picked up their brewing kit (plastic bucket primary, glass carboy secondary, etc.) and a beginner's "kit" of ingredients for a brown ale. Now I'm just counting down until brew day.
