Started home brewing in the 1980's stopped for a long period got back brewing about 10 years ago. Mash and boil in a brewzilla 35 220 v. Chill with the included ss chiller. Ferment in 6 gallon torpedo kegs and all rounders I have 2 of each. Serve in corney kegs. I pressure ferment some and have a small keggerator that I use for controling the temps I can go low or go high depending on the type of yeast I am using. Love all the new equipment. I have a room in my barn that I have a deep ss sink with 4ft working area and a gas stove for sanitizing I have a refrigerator with 2 taps and a big co2 tank I cant lift it. Brew a few quicky batches using kveik and also ambers and stouts. I bought a grain mill but have not mounted it yet. On my list. Im getting a bit slower these days. next month i will turn 74. Glad to be apart of the forum. Thanks

I had the same beer journey. Used to brew early 2000s, and quit after beer options exploded. Then got back into it about 10 years ago. Used to be an extract brewer, now all grain most of the time. Welcome to HBT

Welcome and Hello from India. I started my journey in 2018, when my brother introduced me with mead. I wanted to make a traditional mead but i ended up making Sparkling Mead. Later we made rose mead, traditional mead and apple mead. Currently we have made a batch of medicinal mead. I have started a thread as well ( https://www.homebrewtalk.com/threads/spice-or-medicinal-mead-metheglin.737446/ ).
Do check, may be your experience might help me.

Keep Brewing, That's The Only Way!
