Hello beer lovers, this is my first log on to this forum. I myself am a beer afficionado and looking into getting in to home brewing. A friend of mine back in the 80's when we were in college was making his own beer at home and using us as guinea pigs, we all thought he was crazy or he for sure end up poisining himself one day. If only I would have known then what I know now. San Diego is very quickly becoming the mecca for Micro-Breweries, and like so many of us have a crazy dream of opening a business around my passion, BEER....
