I am new to brewing although I have been reading up for some time. I just racked my first batch in the secondary fermenter and it seems to be going just fine. Aside from a couple mishaps it seems to be on-track per the recipe.

I am gonna call it 'Armenbrau Red', mainly due to the fact that after I got the wort in the primary and had put the lid on I noticed the spigot had come loose. So I had to sanitize my arm, reach in and tighten it.

My friend thinks it will be chock full of arm-ey goodness.

Welcome to the forum, Congrats on your first batch.

Cheers

Welcome. :mug:
Your first batch is looking good!
If you get a chance, you need to hook up with Brewtopia. He lives in Seattle and is one great home brewer and beer enthusiast.

Thanks guys, it is something I have been interested in and meaning to do for a long time. But only recently got around to it.

Welcome to HBT! The beer is looking good. I plan on seeing if I can gather up some of us NW HBT members for a brew session this summer. Would be glad to have you join us.

Woohoo! Another PacNW! Congrats on the first batch. Hopefully we can all have a brewday sometime before too long.

I am all about getting together for some beer drinking, just let me get my first batch bottled and aged so I can bring some.
