I am 20 years old and I want to start brewing, I know I am underage and I understand the risk, so first off don't say I shouldn't be brewing for that reason please.

Since I am under 21 and broke I brew very improperly. I have made 4 batches so far and I would like awnsers or suggestions on my current brewing

My first batch of wine I made with regula baking yeast(I know it's a bad move but I am cheap) and I took a gallon jug of water added 3 cups of sugar and added hydrated yeast then shook it up and waited 2 weeks. Afterwards I added a bunch of kool aid powder and sugar and it tasted good.

My 2 batch i did the same as above but cut it with cerry coke and it tasted good

My third batch I boiled water, added sugar and sage then mixed after that I added honey and yeast and I plan on cutting it with ginger ale when finished.

My fourth batch I boiled water, added thyme honey sugar licorice and some vanila extract and plan to cut it with ginger ale
Also.
I know this may be a discrace to home brewing but I am just resourceful and underage so I can't really do it proper yet

Please post feedback whether it will work or not

spend a year reading as much of these forums as you can. take notes. then read more.

If you are brewing that nasty sounding stuff and enjoying it I would suggest attending an AA meeting.

I will actually give you help !!! I have brewed since I was underage ( 17 but I live in uk so drinking age is 18) and If you just want to make a cheap wine then do an inmate brew, just get 5 litres of fresh juice (from concentrate with nothing else added) and get a 6 litre bottle. Add about 1-2 cups of sugar to the juice and shake it really well. Then warm it to room temp and just add normal bakers yeast, leave with the lid on about half an hour for a foam to start and then put a condom in replacement for the lid to act as an airlock in around 10 hours this will inflate and you just pierce a small hole in the top and that's your airlock. When you add the Yeats shake the bottle for about two minutes. Leave it to ferment for three weeks the siphon into another jug and freeze it to kill of extra yeast, then thaw it and drink it :) you can make wines of any flavour and you can make cider by doing apple juice and adding less sugar. Also why don't you buy a beer kit or wine kit off eBay they don't ask ur age :) hope this helps :)
