I recently relocated to Anchorage Alaska. I have a Blichman burner I use for 10gal boils. Are there any special techniques for brewing outside in 0 -20* that I should adopt so my first brew day up here is successful?

I dont think I would try to brew outside, do you not have a garage? I have been brewing for awhile up here and my garage is unheated and its difficult enough for me especialy the clean up part. i still mash in my kitchen just to help hold the temp.

Oh and BTW what brought you up here? I moved up from the four corners area several years ago.
