Hey,
Doing a brew(20 l/5 gallons) this weekend coming.
My ingredients are -
5kg(11lbs) Weyermann pale malt
1kg(2.2lbs) Weyermann caramünch 2
American ale yeast
Hops - Chinook,
Centennials,
Colombus.
Dont know weather to use all 3 hops or not.
I'll carbonate in bottle with DME.
I want to do an IPA or APA for the first time. Nothing too super bitter with a good fruity kick - 40/50 IBU. Don't know if my ingredients are a good or bad mix, just read about these ingredients and thought they sounded good. Living in Brazil so just using the ingredients that I can acquire here. Any help would be much appreciated.
Thanks.

I would use Chinook and Centennials as first wort hops (while wort is gathering in the kettle, toss 'em in). Then, the Centennials with 5 min. or less to go.

Amounts of hops will impact bitterness. With enough hops, will be a nice IPA.
