Wouldn't they have to distill this to get that high ABV? Or at least do some sort of Freeze Separation to concentrate it?

there was no mention in the article I read as to whether it was carbonated or not...I imagine it would have to be force-carbed if it was.

I ain't no cellular biologist or nothin', but I'm fair certain you can't get beer or champagne yeast to ferment to 67%.

£50 for a single 235ml bottle. Not terrbl afore shipping. You know, fer the noveltee.
 
My buddy got a bottle of some Scottish 65+% beer. It was not carbed syrupy and I think it was freeze distilled.
 
I am literally this moment watching a rerun of the show Brewmasters where they have to dump out a batch of 120 Minute IPA because there was a problem with fermentation and are claiming that it is the strongest beer ever.
