Hey I'm Jim. My buddy got me some homebrew equipment as a wedding gift. Him and I have already brewed some American Cream Ale that's ready for bottling this weekend.
Just an extract brewer at the moment, but can't wait til I get into the partial and all grain mashing.
I'll be going to the St. Louis Brewfest in Forest Park this Saturday. Any local Stl homebrewers headed out to that this weekend?
