Today was a day of celebration. I finally finished out a major qualification process in the Navy. Consequently, a cigar was in order. But what to go with it?

Why, a 10.5% Russian Imperial Stout that's been aging for a year and a half.

Oh, I've taken .15L samples almost every month... burned a few growler fills and bottles to show off my wares. But I've still got it on keg for those times when celebration is in order.
 
Here's my latest Czech Dark Lager, a Vienna Tmavé. Chocolatey, bready, with a hint of coffee. Best dark lager I've brewed.

1.050-1.014, 26IBUs, 20SRM
94% FB Vienna
3% CaraAroma 130L
3% Midnight wheat
25 IBUs of whatever@60
1.5oz Saaz @ 5mins
S-189 Lager yeast harvest
