Refinement of my German lager recipe.
Previous batch and new batch. New recipe is just a touch lighter due to lower OG.

Irish Stout, all dark grain in the vorloff, very smooth.
Imperial IPA for a snowy day. Half Maris Otter, half Munich, with Simcoe, Amarillo, and Chinook all as late additions.
