How do you like Barke pils? Looking at starting to buy grain in bulk and I love brewing pilsner and belgian beer.

Sorry for the late reply. I liked the Barke and would definitely use it again. But, I don't brew or even drink that many Pilsner type beers so I'm not the best person to give you a comparison to plain old Weyermann pils.

Reindeer Liniment Christmas Ale. There is no head because right after I poured it, I found out Torpedo faucets pour beer uncontrollably if you let them unscrew a little bit. Had to clean up around the lid of the keezer, but I left the rest of the beer on the garage floor like a man.

It can wait.

Very refreshing and very red.

Kegged this NE double IPA Friday night, "Haze Against the Machine" and hit it with 40 psi overnight. I might hit it with a little more, but this one is nice. Maybe next time I'll do more dry hops or whirlpool. I would also probably a 3:1 Chloride to Sulfate ratio next time.

I do a lot of work from NOLA to Mobile. Sometimes I stay in Spanish Fort and take off from Hurricane.

Will do - as of recent I have been over by NOLA, but still sometimes end up over by Mobile. For awhile I was going to Mobile for 3-4 days a week every week.

Heritage IPA w/cluster hops @ 6.8% abv. Briess Heritage Gold and Pilsen malts.
