Very early preview of my Spelt Saison. Not as carbed up as id like just yet, but nice. Earthy,Spicy, Dry and Bitter.

I wont touch the rest now for 3 months. Couldnt help myself.

This last Julius keg is about to kick. Had to look it up, it was brewed in May.
Next batch is conditioned and ready to go...

10 minute Chinook amber ale

Really nice, bitter and hoppy and roasty. Verdant worked really well. This batch will not last long

ABV 8.93% IBU: 81
Hopped with Mosiac(t90&cryo), Strata(t90&cgx), and Columbus(t90&cryo

Two years ago, this was supposed ro be an Irish Red but ended up more like a dark mild (before I was even acquainted with the style). Murky but tasty; it has aged well. So well that I'm tempted to try another batch, but wonder if thus was just beginner's luck.

First ever imperial stout, never really tried to go huge with them. Not as strong as I hoped (7.88 %) and head retention (could be the glass but im not gonna make that excuse)is not that great. But the flavour is delicious and Im happy about that.
