Brett Fermented Citra wheat

Nice I just read about Brett fermentation in the latest issue of BYO (Love that mag). I will definitely try this one day after I hone in my more basic brewing skills...Looks good.

Sure, the recipe for a 5 gallon batch is as follows:

52% Red wheat malt
43% 2-row
5% Aromatic

4oz citra at flameout

WLP644

4oz citra dryhop

A big beautiful draw at the least. Looks great. I remember loving the style the first couple times i had it but my last experience was not pleasurable .

That pint looks like it would get me back into the swings of maibock things.
