New PodCast

I'm starting a new podcast on brewing. I've already lined up some Skype interviews with some out of my area pro brewers and in person interviews with more local breweries. I also have some event coverage planned and a science episode covering the inter workings of the olfactory system as explained by a local professor. I would love to know what you guys would be interested in hearing? Any suggestions can be left her in this thread. I'd love to hear from you guys.

What is the name of the podcast? Is it on iTunes?

Not yet. First episode is planned for the week of Sept 2nd. BrewCraft Nation is the name I'm planning on using. Will post a link when all is up and running.
