hello everyone! just got into brewing and so far it's been great! hopefully my wife won't get jealous of my new obsession! haha! at least she'll get to enjoy the fruits of my labor as well. no, no.... she's been very supportive and may get into wine making. anyway, just wanted to say hello to everyone! i'm eagerly awaiting my first batch... a nice amarillo amber. still in 1st stage. got it as a recipe kit from the local brew supply store. i'll let you guys know how it turns out. if it goes well, i'm looking to make a nice mild or bock. hope everyone has a good new years! cheers!
