new microbrewery in Thailand

hi, i'm Steve from Full Moon Winery. we are just getting started building our brewery just south of Bangkok. originally we planned to make tropical fruit wines, and we'll probably still do that, but our first product will be tropical fruit ciders. the product name is 'Tactical Nuclear Cider' and we hope to have it in western bars in Bangkok by about August this year.

i have very little experience in commercial brewing and i am hoping to find someone on this forum that could perhaps help with some technical questions. kind of a consultancy thing.
