Hi, I’m based in New Zealand and have been all-grain brewing for about 7 years. I got into brewing through a friend from our antenatal group, and while we started brewing together, I’ve since brewed about 40–50 beers myself. I now brew with a local group of five, catching up a few times a year. Lately, I’ve started experimenting with my own recipes — most recently a jasmine rice NZ Pilsner for an “Asian beer” theme (the brew day got a bit chaotic thanks to a sick child mid-mash!). I’ve mostly used online recipes so far, but I’m keen to dive deeper into recipe design and start using brewing software. I’ve followed this forum for a while and am excited to get more involved, learn from others, and be part of the community.
 
Oh I was going to add that I only do all-grain, run a 30L brewzilla and only bottle carbonate (I have young kids and can't justify the kegging set up! Also, easy to gift bottles to people)
