It was suggested I introduce myself, so here goes. My name is Bruce Robbins and I live in Durham, NC. I have been homebrewing for 30+ years. I currently use the Spike Solo system and I have a Spike conical. I am a teacher and a basketball coach, but I also worked in a large production brewery in Miami, Florida. I have a certificate in brewing technology from the Siebel Institute. I suppose that about does it. Cheers to anyone who reads this.
