Thanks, letting me in the group. I just started making cider. My husband makes mead and beer, so I am hoping to learn some new ideas. I have been reading recipes and some look very interesting. I am anxious to try some of them.

Welcome from San Francisco. I too have thought about getting into cider. I tried Hard Seltzer and was not a fan. Please post your experiences and recipes as I know I would be interested in giving it a go.
