Hi folks. New member here from Scotland. I’ve been brewing wine for many years. I’ve dabbled a bit with beer, but want to raise my game a bit, which is why I’ve signed up. Hopefully can learn a bit from some like-minded folks. 👍
 
Welcome to HBT. I have a fond memory of an after dinner stroll my wife and I took somewhere near Inverness, Scotland in 1988. It was July, so the sun was still up and shining. We were treated to a light snow shower.
BTW: The first beer I brewed was a Scotch Ale kit my sons gave me for Christmas in 1993.
 
I like to think I’m part Scot (no chance..whatsoever) because my bestie in HS was from there and his mom was like my second, if not at times real mom.
