New kettle

Just upgraded from my thin flimsy 8 gallon aluminum pot to a 4mm thick sturdy aluminum 10 gallon pot. I think 10 gallon is as big as I will ever need, but the 15 gallon pot sitting next to this one in the store looked very appealing lol. Not a bad price either...$59.99 and a lid for $12. Now if only I can keep that 60 quart out of my mind.

There's something to be said for brewing 10 gallon batches...twice the product for only about an hours more work (most of which is waiting for water to come to temp).
