Hello All,
I'm new to Home brewing. Been looking into it for a long time, and believe it or not, it was suggested by my wife. I started in March and I have my second batch in the fermenter now. My first batch was an American Amber, and it will be ready to drink for Easter!! It tasted great before bottling so I have high hopes. My second batch is a Weizenbier.

Welcome to the obsession! I'm fairly new too.. been at it for just about 9 months and loving it. I haven't turned out an un-drinkable batch yet, and most have been very, very good. This site has a wealth of information and a lot of nice people who are willing to help us rookies. I hope that Amber turns out great for you.

Cheers :mug:

Thank you, I feel it is already an obsession. I have made my own wort chiller and mash ton. The mash ton I probably wont be using for awhile yet, until I get set up better for all grain. I have even messed around and designed my own labels and caps for the bottles. This is very addictive but I love it so far.
