Just bottled my first batch. I brewed an American wheat and so far so good.
Made a few goofs along the way but I guess that is part of the process.
I was reading that some sample their brew as it age? I tasted it before bottling and it had an excellent taste even without the carbonation.
My second batch is yet to be bottle but it still has a bit of yeast floating at the top is that normal? I am planning on bottling the second batch in about a week.
I am fortunate to have a home brew store right in my home town and the guys at Main street Brewing have been very helpful.
Anyway I am looking forward to being a part of this forum.

Gratz on your first brew and welcome to HBT. Experience will get your more comfortable and already having done your first batch you're that much closer to making the most out of your beer! :mug:
