As the title says, I'm new here and just wanted to say hey and give a little insight to my homebrewing background. I've been brewing for about 2 years and change. I went straight to all grain... I know " you gotta crawl before you walk" but I was always the kid that jumped the creek even if I didn't know what was on the other side so I figured what the hell. I will say that I researched and soaked up knowledge for 2 year before I ever doughed in so it hasn't been to bumpy of a ride. So anybody from the QC area of Illinois / Iowa?
