New Here... Hows it going???

New guy here... I have never brewed beer before but want to begin getting into it. Have been wanting to ever since I did a tour of the Budweiser Factory in Jax, Fl back when I was in the Marines.

My family has a history of making Moonshine, and I have did my fair share of making them in that department, so hoping I can make some good beer once I learn the differences between it and moon shining.

I am a fan of Sam Adams Light, Killians, and I do honestly drink alot of Bud Light, Coors Light and Miller light, but hope to make some better stuff

Anyways I would love to learn, any good free ebooks online or anything to get started? I have been told to stay away from the "beginner" kits with the plastic buckets by some friends. that true? anyways hello and hope everyone is doing good.

Nothing wrong with plastic buckets at all, so long as you treat 'em right.
