Hello all! I've learned more in a few hours reading posts than I did reading several homebrewing books before finally taking the plunge. Thanks to you all for asking all the questions that I'd probably ask sooner or later, but only after gooning something up!
I've made five batches so far with varying degrees of success. The biggest lesson I've learned so far is that the beer's personality changes almost daily once it's in the keg. For the most part the beer gets better and better, then it's gone!
Look forward to mooching as much knowledge and wisdom as I can from you all!
