Hello to all.....

I am new to the hobby and to this forum.

I am looking for some help in brewing some Birch Beer and Root Beer for home use and to possibly sell on my food truck.

Any advice and suggestions would be welcome and helpful.

I am also needing advice on a brew set up and recipes. I am thinking that I'd like to brew 50 gallons a week. I don't know if this is too ambitious a goal.

I would be running it out of a Richardson Root Beer Fountain with Co2.

Thanks for your help,

Joe

welcome!

hopefully yo're had a good read-through of the soda sub-forum: https://www.homebrewtalk.com/f95/

folks there will have to answer your questions (you should re-post them), i've never made soda before...

i don't think that 50 Gals a week is too much, but you should work up to that. first make sure you can pull off a smaller batch, then ramp up. once you have the process down it's just a question of time and equipment!

Welcome!

Please post your questions regarding soda, recipes, etc in our soda sub forum. This is a huge forum, mostly dedicated to beer, so if you post your questions in the right place you increase the possibility for useful responses.

Try posting at the following link, and again welcome to our forum. And good luck with your food truck. I've made plenty of root beer and sarsaparilla, it's always on tap at my house!
