Hey all! I hail from the sunny southwest Florida coast and want to learn everything I can about this awesome hobby. I've brewed a few batches already, have a Pliny clone bottle conditioning right now, a two heart clone in the primary and a Belgium ale waiting for the primary fermentor to be emptied. I have no desire to keg at this point. Right now I'm doing extract but will be getting a bigger pot so I can do BIAB. Thanks for letting me in, Salute!
