Hello and Thanks for a great forum!
As the user name implies, I'm a knifemaker of over 20 years.
I'm retired, but formerly owned a scrap metal business that I sold 3 years ago after I got tired of getting shot at. (High crime area)
I was smart enough to drag home (Much to my wife's chagrin) a helluva
lotta cool stuff used for brewing, now that I have more free time.
I've been brewing for about 15 years because I knew I could make something better. Mostly, I've used extracts and partial grain recipes, but now getting ready to make my all grain set-up, so I'll be asking a lotta questions, some of which may seem stupid, but bear with me.
Suggestions are always welcome.
