Hello all! I've actually been on the forum since August, but have yet to make an introduction. I'm from Charleston SC. There are a bunch of Micro Brews that have popped up in the 3 years I've lived here which got me interested in trying my own brews. I started a build thread to show my eHERMS build: https://www.homebrewtalk.com/f51/another-e-herms-build-266110/ So far I've brewed 2 5 gallon batches on it which currently sit in the ferm chamber. I've got 3 more ingredient kits and then I plan on trying my own recipe. Any tips are welcomed. Thanks!
