Hi all, been making kit wine for about 10 years, but started dabbling in homemade about a year and a half ago, first attempt was a 3 gallon Mongolian cherry, that after a year surpassed any store bought kit ever, turned out a decent 2 gallon peach and an awesome 5 gallon banana that is about 5 month old and really coming into its own. Anyways, really looking forward to learning more here, and get into strictly from scratch wines.
