Hey All!
My name's Jordan and I'm just staring to brew. This site has been a ton of help the past 2 months researching brewing and then buying all my stuff. I hail from Kansas City, spent a few years in Colorado and now I am calling Chile home.
I am just getting into brewing, I have always wanted to brew but have never had the chance. My wife suggested a brew kit for my birthday and I took that as a license to jump right in. Here in Chile they don't sell extract kits so I am starting all grain. I do have access to good grains, both local and imported. So far I have acquired three 50 Liter kegs, made a stand, made a chiller, purchased all the other small goodies needed to make beer and had an accident that required 5 stitches(that doesn't happen very often with me but it seems to bother me a lot less when I know beer is going to come of it). I just purchased weld less fittings and valves so I think I have been bitten good. :rocking:
I just finished my first brew last friday and can't wait to make the next.
Here is a link to my current gear if anyone is interested:
