I am relatively new with 5 batches under my belt. I have been reading various post on here since I started a year ago and you guys have been a tremendous help. I would like to eventually get into all grain and start creating my own recipes from inception....cheers!

Thanks...all my free time has been taken up by beer in some manner. Whether it be making it, reading about it and if course drinking it. It is a much welcomed obsession.

A couple of years ago we went to a nice brew pub a bit north of Albany.
It was called Davidson Brewery, or Davidson brothers, something like that... Great beers and ate some good food there too.

Thanks john, right now im brewing a cherry vanilla cream ale and an October fest lager which may be ruined.

Davidson bros. have a great brown ale...I have not been to the brewery though...perhaps s trip is in order.
