Just bottles my first two batches of beer. The Belgian wheat went well though it only was 4 gallons. The Stout was the biggest Goat F**k in the world. My siphon wouldn't work and had to mouth siphon with no filtration what-so-ever. I currently have 6 gallons worth of beer priming with1-2 inches of trub in the bottle. It tastes pretty good actually but you have to stop the pour quickly to keep the gunk out of the glass.

I am having the time of my life and will drink it all in time.

Welcome bro... I am in Tacoma too. Plenty of good information on this site. Also, take everything the guys at The Beer Essentials tell you with a grain of salt, they give out some sketchy information.
