Hello from California! Have benefited quite a bit from the discussions here already. Steered me clear from wanting to rinse my no-rinse star san for my first brew, a belgian tripel (now bottle conditioning, though not much may be left to taste after the recommended 6-8 months!). Have an IPA fermenting now. I've used only kits so far, but have Papazian's Joy of HB, and of course the recipes and recommendations here, so....Cheers!
