Hi,
Lifelong drinker now interested in making wine and mead. I am 2 months into a gallon of blackberry wine that I got the beginner recipe from the Ohio Brewing Kit. I spent 20 years as an artist and the last 10 years as an RN. I feel like that junction of art and science is a good intersection for home brewing. I found this website researching what Melomel is and it looks like a great community. See you on the boards!
