Hey all, new to brewing and to the site! Just got into brewing wine a few weeks ago due to a co-worker and a love for wine, cider and DIY. Currently, brewing a kit of Strawberry White Merlot. My next two brews will be a sweet Niagara wine and a Hard Cider. Thanks in advance for all your knowledge and help!
