New From Jersey

I've been reading about homebrewing for almost 3 years and I finally got it together and gave it a try. Just finished bottling my first batch.

This feels like the start of something great.
I had tons of help from reading the posts and now I'm happy to be a part of them.

Welcome, where the heck in Jersey are you? I read what you put in location but not sure where that is.

Are you brewing Extract or all Grains?

Either way welcome to the addiction.

OK, I know where now.

2 books I recommend if you haven't read them already How to brew and Yeast.

If your extract or grains the most important process in brewing in my opinion is Sanitation, pitching proper amounts of yeast and fermentation temps.

I know I have much to learn about pitching. I was also a little worried about the temperature on my first batch.
