Hi,
I'm trying to create troeganator dopplebock.

Here is my first attempt:
Troeg- dopplebock
Doppelbock
All Grain (5.25 gal) ABV: 8.22 %
OG: 1.083 SG FG: 1.021 SG
IBUs: 25.9 IBUs Color: 25.8 SRM
Ingredients
5.00 gal Deer Park (R), Bottled Water
7 lb 11.1 oz - Pilsner (2 Row) Ger
Mash addition (45.2%) - 2.0 SRM
8 lb 12.7 oz - Munich Malt - 20L
Mash addition (51.6%) - 20.0 SRM
8.8 oz - Chocolate Malt
Mash addition (3.2%) - 350.0 SRM
0.40 oz - Magnum
Boil 60 min (14.3 IBUs)
0.70 oz - Northern Brewer
Boil 30 min (11.6 IBUs)
2 pkg - Saflager Lager
DCL/Fermentis #W-34/70
