My name is Kenny, I'm a long-time drinker of beer, first time brewer! I've been wanting to get into brewing for years, but never had the time or space, so when my wife was telling me I HAD to choose something as an anniversary gift this year, we shot down to the LHBS and bought a kit!
Right now I have a jubelale clone in primary, and I'm anxiously waiting for it to be done! I found the website because I was searching about how to do the dryhopping (which I'm still not completely sure about) on it and the website came up. My brew has been in primary for a week now, and I've been getting different information from everyone that I ask, so I'm a bit confused! Whatever the result, though, I am looking forward to many years of good home brew experiences! Thanks for posting your opinions and experiences on here so that people like me can try to get a clue about what they're doing!
