Ok I have just bottled my first batch. It is an American pale ale and would love some help. We followed the recipe well(we think). After we made the batch we put it in the primary fermentor. After 2 weeks we put it in a glass carboy. The bung was too small so it got stuck into the carboy. At this point, we cleaned the original fermentor and put the batch back in. After 2 more weeks we bottled. (It has not shown gas release in nearly 2 weeks.) when we removed the lid it had white **** on top.(pictures look like just yeast floaties) I tasted a little bit of it tonight and it is just flat and doesn't taste too good but def not bad. Kinda tastes pretty alcoholic actually even though its only like 4.5 abc. Should we even look forward to it when it should b ready in 10 days? Btw we put the priming sugar in tonight right before we bottled. P.s. I am aware that I am a rookie so sorry about my poor terminology. Thanks for ne responses.

yes. it feels like i should write more, but that's as simple an answer as it gets.
