Greetings,
I have always been fascinated with brewing, I look at it like cooking (which I also love) so my loving girlfriend bought me an amazing setup for Christmas and here I am!
I currently have 3 seven gallon "carboys" with airlocks and all tubing for "racking" 72 bottles and caps with capper, very larger turkey fryer setup to brew the beer and boatloads of misc yeast and "kits" for brewing and cleaning. I already started the Edworts Apfelwein and Apple Bee and looking for a beginner IPA to start aswell in the forums. I am very excited to see how they all come out, thankfully I have cool closet because they sure do stink ha ha. I'll be sure to post all crazy concoctions I may come up with!
