Hi all,
Aspiring beer geek and future homebrewer, signing on.
I just received my brew kit from Williams the other day and almost have my setup ready to go. Starting with a basic IPA kit they had. I plan on brewing some kits and/or clones to begin with, to learn the ropes.
My favorite styles are kind of all over the map, depending on mood, but I love me some dark beers like stouts and porters, strong belgians, American IPA's, Witbiers and Hefeweizens, and lots of random stuff in between...
