Hello everybody
I just got into the all-grain brewing and what a difference it is from standard kits.
I can't wait to leech of the collective knowledge on this site and later on maybe even give my two cents as well.
When it comes to brewing i like to think that nothing is final and everything can, and should, be questioned.
I am also very scientific when it comes to brewing, I like to write everything down and make notes. That way if I fook up and find the God particle in my sludge, atleast I know how and why
No more chit-chat, off to the brew shop.
