New Brewer from Central Louisiana

Hello All. I am a brand new brewer (in fact, I am still waiting on my equipment to arrive.) and have already been lurking in this forum regularly thanks to google. I figured it was time to join and begin learning how to brew. I am from Leesville, Louisiana and am willing to take advice from any experts out there.

I actually lived in Denham from 93-04 until the military thought I would like the Leesville area better.
