Started on my keg Brew pot yesterday. Welder took off the top with plasma cutter and welded me a fitting in bottom for valve. Any suggestions on how to clean outside and should I put in a level glass???

Welcome aboard !!! :mug: Nice way to start . See Bobby's video on stainless polishing and his website to order a sight glass. Easy to install and you'll need one when brewing in a keggle.
Might want to go ahead and add a thermometer too.
