Hi all - I'm the coordinator of a new Brewing & Fermentation Science major in Eastern Pennsylvania. We've had an uptick in requests from local breweries to start training students in brew science, leading to the award of an entry-level AAS Degree in Brewing & Fermentation Science. There are four onsite courses (one in each semester), but the majority of the program can be completed online. Also, our tuition is very competitive - starting at $165 per credit plus fees.
