I've been brewing beer for more than 25 years and usually only make 10 - 15 gallons a year. This year, after using 2 Polarware 8- gallon kettles on the kitchen stove, I took the leap to BIAB. So very excited to have found this forum and with alot of help from @Bobby_M on the phone(CO to NJ) and email, a new Premium 15-gallon Blickmann G2 Boilermaker 240V BIAB is in the works. I spent countless hours watching BIAB system reviews and brews on YT, so many pros & cons, searching numerous units online and since we don't have a LHBS that stocks equipment, the process was exhausting! Glad HBT has so many creative brewers willing to share their knowledge. So glad this is GONE:

Congrats to the new setup!

Remember not to get rid of the old stuff though. Every summer I bring out my old gear to the garden and brew a sentimentality beer or two :)
