New Basement Build

Solved for this issue by using a 15 gal water tank and recirculating the water. No wasted water and no off flavors either.

That works for while (until the water gets above around 140F) and then you need to replace the water.

Well, dang this thread is awesome.

I think that whole basement looks like a wonderful place to have some nice beers. Wish we lived somewhere that could have a basement sometimes. For now I will continue to fight the critters away from my beer.

There's no reason folks in Florida can't have a basement, it just needs to be above ground.
